Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the relationship between Nir Klein ("the service provider") and clients or visitors who engage with services offered through this site. By using this site or engaging me as a service provider, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Nir Klein provides digital marketing and measurement services, which may include Google Ads campaign management, Meta Ads campaign management, analytics and performance optimization, advertising strategy and consulting, tracking implementations (GA4, GTM, server-side, CAPI), and reporting.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, comply with all applicable laws and advertising platform policies (including Google Ads and Meta policies), and not use the services for illegal, misleading, or prohibited activities.

3. Data Access

Clients grant access to the platforms necessary to deliver services (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools) strictly for the purpose of providing those services. All client data remains the property of the client.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Services rely on third-party platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads. The service provider is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or other issues outside reasonable control.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside any individual provider's control. No specific results, ROAS, lead volume, or revenue outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nir Klein is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue or business opportunities, or platform-related issues outside reasonable control.

7. Termination

Engagements may be terminated by either side per the terms of the relevant agreement, or by the service provider if these terms are violated or misuse, fraudulent activity, or unethical activity is detected.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
