Last updated: September 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Nir Klein collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit this site, submit an inquiry, or engage with me as a service provider. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information I Collect
When you contact me by email, a scheduling tool, or a form, you may provide your name, email address, company name and role, details about your business or advertising needs, and any other information you choose to share. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and to deliver services if we work together.
When you visit the site, analytics and advertising tools may collect technical data, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, referring URL, approximate geographic location, and basic interaction events.
2. How I Use Your Information
Data is used for: responding to inquiries, providing marketing and measurement services, running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, measuring campaign performance, website analytics and improvement, and legal/compliance purposes. I do not sell personal data.
3. Third-Party Services
This site may use third-party platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Google Ads API, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, Meta Ads, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and scheduling tools such as Calendly, Cal.com, or SavvyCal. These platforms may process data according to their own privacy policies.
Google Analytics may collect anonymized usage data such as sessions, page views, traffic sources, and conversion events. Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing may be used to measure whether visitors who clicked an ad completed a desired action. The site may also use Google Ads API and Enhanced Conversions to improve measurement accuracy; hashed data such as email addresses provided directly by users may be transmitted for conversion measurement. The site may use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure campaign performance on Facebook and Instagram.
3A. Google Ads API and Google User Data
Nir Klein Reporting uses the Google Ads API, with the user’s authorization through Google OAuth, to access Google Ads account information required to provide advertising reporting, measurement, optimization, and account management services.
The data accessed may include Google Ads customer and account identifiers, campaign and advertising configuration, performance metrics, conversion data, and other Google Ads reporting information made available through the Google Ads API.
Google user data is used solely to provide and improve the services requested by the user or client. It is not sold, used for unrelated advertising purposes, or transferred to third parties for independent use.
Google user data may be shared only with the authorized account owner or client, with service providers where necessary to operate the requested service and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards, or where required by law.
OAuth credentials, access tokens, and API-derived data may be stored securely only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services. Access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel. Users may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google Account permissions, and may request deletion of stored data by contacting nirklein86@gmail.com.
Nir Klein Reporting’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Cookies

5. Data Retention
Inquiry and contact data may be retained for up to 3 years from last contact, or for the duration of an active engagement plus 3 years. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the relevant platform settings and policies.
